Wet the scrunchie thoroughly and wring out the excess water.

Wrap your dye string (of your preferred color) around the scrunchie securely.

Place in ziplocked bag and place under a heavy item overnight to have the string fully release the dye into the scrunchies.

Remember to wear gloves!
